Account & data
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the App and go to Profile → Delete account & data. This permanently removes your profile, premium status record, coin ledger, roll history, and collectibles inventory from our systems. The action cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that separately in your App Store settings (see below).
Do I need to create an account?
No. DropSet starts you with an anonymous session, so you can play right away. You can optionally add email + password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google to keep your progress across devices.
How is my data handled?
There's no advertising and no third-party tracking. For the full picture of what we store and why, read the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions & billing
What does DropSet Premium include?
Unlimited re-rolls, all three equipment packs (no-equipment, dumbbells, gym), and a fixed +50% coins per session. It's an auto-renewable subscription: Annual US$39.99 or Monthly US$5.99, each with a 7-day free trial. The first daily roll is always free, with or without Premium.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside DropSet. On your iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select DropSet and choose Cancel Subscription (or change your plan).
Cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends to avoid the next charge. Your Premium access stays active until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you reinstalled the App or switched devices, open Profile → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for DropSet. See our Terms of Use for details.
Gameplay
Are the odds really fixed?
Yes — 70% common, 25% rare, 5% epic. The odds are public and don't change. A visible pity counter guarantees an epic after a set number of rolls, and real money never buys a random outcome.
What happens to duplicates?
If you roll a collectible you already own, it automatically converts to coins. Nothing is wasted.
I lost my streak after missing a few days — is that normal?
DropSet uses compassionate streaks: we count the weeks you stay active and never punish you for the days you miss. If something looks wrong, email us and we'll take a look.
